Hydroil are a long standing client who in February 2012 requested TA Electrical to install a 400 Amp sub-board to supply power to their new HVOF (High Velocity Oxy Fuel) flame spray system which is the first of its kind in South Australia and 1 of only 4 in the country. We also wired each major component of the HVOF system such as the chiller, dust extractor, compressor and spray lathe. In addition to this we have since added a counter system to count each spray stroke that will shut down the machine once the required amount of strokes have been reached. Our Electrician continue to maintain and service this machine and many more.
